WAV or AIFF, 24-bit, same sample rate as your project (44.1, 48, 88.2 or 96 kHz). For mixing, send stems starting at bar 1, no master-bus processing, clearly labelled (Kick, Bass, Lead, Vocal_Lead, etc.). For mastering, send a stereo mix with -6 dBFS headroom.
Mixing: 5 to 7 business days. Mastering: 3 to 5 business days. Stem mastering: 4 to 6 business days. Production: 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope. Rush services (24h to 48h) available on request with a 30% surcharge.
All our services include two revision rounds. Each round can carry multiple notes (up to 10 detailed comments). Additional rounds are billed at 50 € per round. In twenty years we have rarely needed a third round.

Yes — Zoom or Google Meet sessions with live audio streaming are available on request (free for mixing/production clients, 50 € flat for mastering). Great for final mix review or to tune the direction together.
Absolutely — for ghost productions, unreleased tracks or artists who want discretion. We also enforce strict confidentiality on our side: client lists, stems and project files are never shared without explicit consent.
Yes — the vast majority of our clients are outside Belgium. Remote workflows are our default. Non-EU clients are charged without VAT (reverse charge).
On request — a half-day deep-dive on your production workflow, a specific technique (mixing bass, vocal chains, mastering loudness) or a review of your upcoming tracks. Drop us a line.
